EVENT REPRESENTATIVE
Construction & Roofing — Residential & Commercial Services
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an energetic, people-first Event Representative to be the face of our brand at local events, home shows, community fairs, and trade expos. You will connect with homeowners and businesses, spark conversations about our roofing and construction services, and generate qualified leads. No cold calls — just great conversations in person.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Represent the company at home shows, trade expos, community fairs, and neighborhood events Engage attendees with friendly, informative conversations about roofing and construction services Collect and qualify leads, capturing contact information and project details for the sales team Set appointments for in-home estimates and follow up as needed Set up, staff, and break down event booths and branded displays Distribute promotional materials and answer general questions about services and pricing Report event outcomes, lead counts, and feedback to the marketing or sales manager
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable starting conversations with strangers in a public setting Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — able to work independently at events Weekend and holiday availability required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Prior sales, canvassing, or customer-facing experience a plus — not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Employment Type:
Full - time - With some weeks that will have lighter hours.
Primary Event Days:
Weekends (additional weekday events available)
