This person will serve as a key point of communication between field crews, homeowners, supervisors, and other project stakeholders. The role includes explaining field situations, making calls, supporting access coordination, documenting site conditions with photos and videos, performing white lining, and helping keep field information organized and clearly communicated. Responsibilities Communicate with homeowners, field personnel, and project contacts in a professional manner Make phone calls to coordinate site access, provide updates, and explain field conditions Visit job sites and document conditions with clear photos and videos Perform white lining before construction activities as needed Report obstacles, access issues, utility conflicts, and other field findings Help explain field situations to supervisors and office staff Maintain accurate records of site conditions and daily field observations Support communication between the office and field operations Represent the company professionally in the field at all times Required Skills Strong verbal communication skills Phone communication Customer service Homeowner communication Site documentation Photo and video documentation White lining Attention to detail Organization Problem reporting Team collaboration Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions Preferred Qualifications Experience in utility construction, underground construction, fiber, telecom, or similar field work Basic understanding of jobsite safety and field operations Ability to speak English clearly; Spanish is a plus Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Comfortable walking job sites and interacting with different people throughout the day
