Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Brand Content Creator to craft compelling digital content that elevates our brand presence across various platforms. In this role, you will develop engaging visuals, videos, and written content that resonate with our target audiences. Your creativity and strategic thinking will drive brand awareness, foster community engagement, and support our marketing initiatives through innovative content creation and social media management.
Responsibilities Content Capture & Production:
Capture professional video and photography across: Project lifecycle (before, during, after) Customer testimonials and interviews Team, culture, and recruiting content Operate drone equipment to capture aerial footage (FAA Part 107 preferred) Ensure all content meets high production and brand standards
Editing & Storytelling:
Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro Develop compelling narratives that showcase projects and brand experience Apply professional editing techniques including: Editing color and lighting to create a clean, consistent, professional look Music selection Transitions and pacing Deliver polished, finished content
Content Planning & Coordination:
Identify and prioritize high-value projects and moments to capture Coordinate with operations to schedule shoots Ensure consistent content pipeline (no gaps in capture or output) Organize and maintain a structured content library for reuse
Social Media Execution:
Manage and execute posting across: YouTube LinkedIn Facebook Instagram Ensure a minimum of 2 posts per week Format and optimize content for each platform Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual presentation
Sales & Marketing Support:
Create content to support: Sales proposals Website updates Marketing campaigns Provide before/after visuals and project highlights for sales use Repurpose content across multiple platforms and uses Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in videography, photography, or content production Strong proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Lightroom / Lightroom Classic Solid understanding of: Aperture, shutter speed, ISO Lighting, composition, and framing Experience with drone operation (FAA Part 107 license preferred) Strong storytelling and visual composition skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in both office and field environments, including active job sites Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with operations and leadership Experience with Meta Ads content targeting or digital marketing is a plus Experience in construction, landscaping, or field-based industries is a plus Why GRO?
