Full Job Description Job Summary:

Non Typical, Inc. manufactures game cameras under the Cuddeback Brand. If you are an outdoor enthusiast or a hunting enthusiast, we would love to hear from you. If you have familiarity with game cameras and/or are a game camera user, we would love to hear from you. We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialists to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you are responsible for supporting our customers in a call center environment. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service to callers over the telephone. They may have questions about our products, need troubleshooting help, or are calling to place an order. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for working with products in the outdoor/hunting industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide product support over the phone in a Call Center environment, by answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues. This will include answering questions, troubleshooting, and entering orders.
• Stay updated on product knowledge.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent telephone skills and an ability to enter customer data into our system with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Must be reliable and have reliable transportation.
