This role is ideal for a data-driven and creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience with HubSpot and event planning. This role is In-Office - 5 Days Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, and content). Manage and maintain marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and CRM data within HubSpot. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI. Coordinate and execute events, including trade shows, client events, and webinars—from planning through post-event follow-up. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Develop and manage content, including email copy, landing pages, social media posts, and marketing collateral. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications. Support lead generation efforts and nurture campaigns through the marketing funnel. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role. Hands-on experience with HubSpot (email marketing, workflows, CRM, reporting). Proven experience planning and executing events (in-person and/or virtual). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong project management abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
