Digital Marketing Specialist Heritage Senior Living | West Allis, WI Position Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to support brand visibility and business growth. This role oversees online advertising, social media management, and graphic design efforts for two entities, ensuring consistent messaging and strong visual identity across all platforms. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and creative, capable of analyzing performance metrics while producing engaging content that drives results. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., paid search, display, and social media ads) Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI Manage and grow social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and audience interaction Create visually engaging graphics and marketing materials aligned with brand standards Maintain and execute content calendars across platforms for both entities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing data and insights Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Preferred Skills Experience managing marketing efforts for multiple brands or entities Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email marketing platforms Basic video editing or motion graphics skills Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) #IND120
