- Assist and curate content for websites, social media, email marketing, and other communication initiatives as needed.
- Maintain proposal, presentation, and marketing templates while ensuring consistency with company brand standards.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
- Experience developing proposals, presentations, and pursuit materials.

What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is naturally curious and wants to understand how things work. They enjoy learning about projects, communities, infrastructure, architecture, engineering, and the people behind them. They ask thoughtful questions, seek context before beginning a task, and think beyond the immediate request. This position is not limited to graphic design. Successful candidates must be comfortable researching, writing, interviewing technical staff, developing presentations, and learning about the industries and communities we serve. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, contributes ideas, anticipates needs, and understands that effective communication is about more than making something look good. The most successful candidate will combine strong design skills with strategic thinking, creativity, curiosity, and a commitment to helping the firm communicate more effectively and win work. What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will become a trusted resource to both the marketing team and technical staff by helping transform complex ideas into persuasive, visually engaging, and strategically focused communications.
