As we continue to scale, we're looking for someone who knows how to turn great products into measurable growth. We're hiring a Media Buyer to take ownership of paid acquisition across our entire advertising ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real control, real budget, and real accountability. You'll build, launch, test, and scale campaigns yourself, with the freedom to move quickly, follow the data, and put spend where it performs. What you'll do Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Taboola, Reddit, and connected TV (CTV) Own daily budget allocation and pacing across platforms Write and structure campaigns, audiences, and bidding strategies, then optimize based on performance Build and test creative concepts in partnership with our creative team; brief what you need and iterate on what works — including the different creative demands of native, CTV, and community placements Work directly with our web developer to build, test, and improve landing pages — you scope what each campaign needs, review it, and iterate based on conversion data Track and report on spend, ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin — and act on what the numbers tell you Run structured tests on new platforms and ad products, evaluate them honestly, and either scale them or shut them down Learn and become proficient on new ad platforms independently, without waiting for training or outside help Monitor competitor activity and market trends to find openings we should be taking Manage relationships with platform reps and vendors What we're looking for 3-7 years of hands-on paid media buying experience, with direct account ownership Proven results scaling spend profitably on Meta and Google; TikTok experience strongly preferred Experience with, or clear ability to ramp quickly on, Amazon Ads, native and discovery platforms (Taboola, Outbrain), Reddit Ads, and CTV/streaming buys Demonstrated ability to pick up an unfamiliar ad platform and get it producing — tell us about a platform you learned cold Strong command of performance metrics and the analytics behind them (GA4, platform reporting, attribution basics) Comfortable in spreadsheets: building models, reconciling spend, and finding the story in the data Creative instincts — you can look at an ad or a landing page and have an informed opinion on why it's working or failing Able to give a developer clear, specific direction on page structure, copy, and conversion elements Self-directed and accountable; you set your own priorities against a target and report on results E-commerce or direct-to-consumer experience is a significant plus Nice to have Experience buying across multiple brands or product lines at once Familiarity with programmatic/DSPs, YouTube, or podcast and audio buys Hands-on conversion rate optimization experience, including A/B testing tools and heatmap or session-recording analysis Experience with creative testing frameworks and UGC production workflows Experience measuring incrementality on upper-funnel channels like CTV and native
