Job Description

The Paid Media & Growth Manager owns FTL UTD's paid media investment across social, search, programmatic, and OTT platforms -driving ticket sales, youth program enrollment, and brand awareness with a rigorous, data-driven approach. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max for ticket sales and youth program Own retargeting strategy and pixel/tag implementation across web properties Build and maintain UTM tagging standards in alignment with GA4 and Looker Studio attribution framework Manage the club's paid media budget and report weekly on spend, ROAS, CPC, and conversion metrics Develop Spanish-language paid campaigns targeting South Florida's Latin diaspora Collaborate with Social Media Manager and Creative team on paid-optimized ad creative Identify and test emerging channels (OTT, programmatic, audio) relevant to the South Florida sports audience Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Strong GA4 and attribution modeling skills Proven track record managing five-figure+ monthly ad budgets with measurable ROAS Preferred Sports, ticketing, or live events paid media experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) – experience running Spanish-language campaigns Experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar) Familiarity with Looker Studio for paid media dashboard reporting This is a hands-on, in-person role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Candidates should be prepared to work approximately 60 hours per week across six days and thrive in a culture built on hard work, accountability, and opportunity.
Compensation Salary range:
$36,400 – $47,600, depending on experience. Eligible for performance bonus tied to paid media performance, customer acquisition, ticket sales, youth program enrollment, and return on advertising spend (ROAS). To apply, send resume and portfolio to: tommy@ftlutd.com
