This dual-role position combines exceptional front desk management with innovative social media strategy development. You will be the welcoming face of our organization, ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk while also crafting engaging digital content that amplifies our brand presence online. Your enthusiasm, creativity, and organizational skills will drive positive interactions with visitors, clients, and team members while elevating our social media marketing efforts to new heights. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, managing all front desk operations efficiently. Answer phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and handle incoming correspondence promptly. Maintain a clean, organized reception area and facility that reflects our brand's vibrant personality. Develop and execute social media content plans across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Canva and TicTok. Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities through social listening and respond to comments or messages to foster community relationships. Conduct marketing online analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly. Plan and manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, content creation, keyword research, and digital marketing performance monitoring. Assist in photography and video editing projects to produce high-quality multimedia content that aligns with branding goals. Track media performance analytics to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and adjust tactics for improved results. Qualifications Proven experience in medspa front desk operations or administrative support roles with excellent customer service skills. Strong proficiency in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer, along with social media content marketing expertise. Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, SEO strategies, and web analytics. Ability to craft engaging written content with excellent proofreading skills for social media posts, blogs, and promotional materials. Familiarity with photography and video editing software to produce multimedia content that captivates audiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of marketing online analytics, digital marketing performance monitoring, keyword research, e-commerce strategies, and branding principles is highly desirable.
