About the Role The Agora Companies are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to join International Living. This individual will own customer acquisition efforts across key paid media channels, driving strategy, execution, optimization, and growth. This role is ideal for a performance marketer who combines strong analytical skills with creative thinking and has a proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably. The successful candidate will manage significant advertising budgets, identify new growth opportunities, and collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and leadership to achieve acquisition goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Native Advertising, and other emerging platforms Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics Analyze customer acquisition funnels, audience behavior, and conversion performance to identify opportunities for growth Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend based on performance and business objectives Lead testing initiatives across audiences, creative, landing pages, offers, and channels Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to develop high-performing advertising campaigns Build relationships with platform representatives, media partners, and vendors Prepare regular performance reports and communicate insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities to leadership Research emerging platforms, technologies, and advertising trends to identify new acquisition opportunities Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for paid media best practices across the organization Qualifications 5+ years of paid media buying and digital acquisition experience Proven success managing and scaling paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Native Advertising, and other performance marketing channels Strong understanding of direct response marketing and customer acquisition strategies Experience managing six-figure to seven-figure annual advertising budgets Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations Experience with campaign tracking, attribution, conversion optimization, and reporting tools Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and testing methodologies Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Experience in financial publishing, subscription marketing, or information marketing is a plus
Compensation Base Salary:
