Meta Ads Media Buyer Next Play helps high school football players and their families navigate the college football recruiting process and improve their chances of earning scholarship opportunities. We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Media Buyer who can help us manage, optimize, and scale our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. For this role, experience matters most . We are looking for someone who has actually managed paid Meta campaigns, understands the numbers behind successful campaigns, and knows how to troubleshoot and improve performance. What We're Looking For Strong experience managing Facebook and Instagram Ads Proven experience generating leads through Meta Ads Experience managing and optimizing campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and other key metrics Ability to identify why a campaign is underperforming and make data-driven adjustments Experience testing audiences, creatives, copy, offers, and landing pages Comfortable scaling campaigns while maintaining lead quality and acceptable acquisition costs Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversion API, tracking, and attribution Able to provide clear reporting and explain campaign performance in simple terms Detail-oriented and proactive about finding opportunities to improve results Bonus Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Lead generation businesses Coaching, education, consulting, or high-ticket offers Webinar or workshop funnels Appointment-setting funnels Sports or youth sports marketing GoHighLevel CRM and marketing automation Retargeting and nurture campaigns What You'll Be Working On Our target audience is primarily parents of high school football players who are looking for help with the college recruiting process.

Lead generation Free trainings and webinars Workshops and events Athlete evaluations Appointment booking Retargeting Offer and funnel testing
