Description We are looking for a Media Buyer to join a telecom services team in New York, New York on a Contract basis. This role focuses on building effective paid media strategies, managing campaign investments across digital channels, and improving audience reach through data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in media buying, digital planning, and social advertising, with particular strength in Facebook ad execution and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage paid media strategies that align campaign spending with business goals across digital platforms.
• Build thoughtful media plans by selecting channels, audiences, timing, and budget allocations to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Execute, monitor, and refine digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance, efficiency, and reach.
• Oversee media buying activities, including placement decisions, budget pacing, and optimization throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Analyze campaign data and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations for future media investments.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign objectives, target audiences, and creative approaches are clearly aligned.
• Manage Facebook advertising initiatives, including audience targeting, campaign setup, testing, and ongoing optimization.
• Track market trends and platform changes to improve media planning decisions and maintain competitive campaign performance. Requirements
• Proven experience in media buying for digital campaigns.
• Strong background in developing and executing media plans.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital media planning principles and channel strategy.
• Practical experience managing digital media campaigns from launch through optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to work with Facebook Ads and related campaign tools.
• Comfort interpreting campaign metrics and using data to guide decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a Contract environment.
