Overview The Sr. Associate, Programmatic is responsible for strategic planning and campaign execution for assigned clients. You will combine both strategic and tactical elements, requiring the generation of insights and implementation of campaigns with Associate support. The Sr. Associate serves as the main contact for clients and internal media teams, provides expertise, and mentors junior team members on optimization strategies and best practices. You will report to the Supervisor, Programmatic. Responsibilities You will develop and communicate digital strategies and tactical approaches for campaigns. You will execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns (e.g., performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing) to meet client expectations. You will build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service. You will create proposals for new opportunities and develop client decks and status documentation. You will oversee the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and all relevant campaign documentation. You will collaborate with analytics and media partners to ensure accurate reporting, insights, and platform implementation. You will troubleshoot campaign issues, develop quality control procedures, and manage campaign QA processes. You will coach and educate Associates to support campaigns and share strategies for optimizing performance. Attend client meetings and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
