WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
▸ Market properties to our nationwide cash buyer network and close deals fast ▸ Bring your own proven dispo process and help us improve and scale our existing operation ▸ Grow and maintain strong buyer relationships in Philadelphia, South Jersey, and nationwide ▸ Negotiate and manage contracts from assignment through closing ▸ Coordinate with title companies and transaction coordinators for smooth, on-time closings ▸ Manage and track your full pipeline inside GoHighLevel (GHL) ▸ Convert learnings into repeatable systems and playbooks that sharpen our dispo operation ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

REQUIREMENTS
▸ Proven track record of closing deals in real estate dispositions or sales ▸ You already have a dispo process — scripts, follow-up systems, and buyer outreach strategies ▸ Ability to audit and improve our existing dispo operation, not just execute within one ▸ Proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL) — you know the platform and can hit the ground running ▸ Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to move properties fast ▸ Existing buyer relationships and a network you can activate immediately ▸ Exceptional communication skills — confident on the phone, sharp over email and text ▸ High personal standards — detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated ▸ Integrity and reliability in all work ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

▸ $70,000 - $100,000 estimated year 1 total compensation ▸ Commission-based with uncapped earning potential ▸ Performance bonuses including company trips ▸ Opportunity to purchase deals directly through Citi Flip ▸ Flexible hours — primarily in-person in Philadelphia, PA, with remote flexibility ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
