KDC applies a team approach to our clients, led by senior leadership with years of marketing experience. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate for a media coordinator position within our marketing division. We're looking for an ambitious candidate who wants to work in an innovative and energetic environment. As a media coordinator, you'll assist the media department in reporting, analysis and optimizations of digital media campaigns and PPC campaigns. You'll work alongside the Vice President of Media and assist in managing projects and expectations using strong follow-up, analytical and organizational skills. You'll work directly with the agency's Google representatives to ensure campaigns are up-to-date on Google best practices and are optimized fully for success. The successful candidate must be willing to maintain the pace and attitude necessary in this agency. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position requires being both a team player and having a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing and optimizing all Google/YouTube PPC campaigns (includes all performance-based and awareness-based campaigns including search, display, YouTube, and Performance Max) Managing and optimizing programmatic media campaigns with managed DSPs Monthly digital media campaign performance reporting and analysis - utilizing Whatagraph (agency reporting tool) General website analytics reporting in Google Analytics Generating and tracking specific UTMs within Google Analytics Pixel placements for media campaign tracking within Google Tag Manager (in addition to managing the implementation process with back-end client/ticketing partners) Client facing meeting participation, reporting and recommendations Creating and issuing insertion orders in agency buying platform Monthly billing and budget reconciliation (both traditional and digital media)
Required Competencies:
Familiarity with digital media practices and terminology a must Working knowledge of Excel for daily use in client work Managing all work with thoroughness, accuracy, and efficiency Strong written communication Willingness to learn agency software and platforms Personable, team player committed to agency's vision Facilitate project execution in a timely manner Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills Excellent time management and organizational skills; strong attention to detail Must be flexible, dedicated, hardworking, diplomatic, friendly and highly organized
Technical Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Power Point, and Outlook system is required. Certification in Google Ads and 1 year of working knowledge in the Google Ads platform preferred. Additional experience in Google Analytics/GA4 is a plus.
