Milwaukee, WI Job Details 9 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Full Job Description The Media Planner/Buyer will play a pivotal role in media planning and execution. This position involves utilizing data, fostering client relationships, and implementing traditional and digital media plans to drive successful campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Assist in guiding clients' marketing goals using syndicated, proprietary, and analyst data. Stay updated on relevant techniques and technologies for client media strategies. Provide insights on media, markets, and related dynamics. Build relationships with media vendors, ad tech communities, and publishers for idea exchange. Collaborate with media strategy and account teams to create client presentations. Maintain communication channels with clients, digital, and offline media teams. Cultivate client relationships, manage expectations, and deliverables. Contribute to work reviews and feedback sessions, representing the client's perspective. Support the execution of traditional and digital media plans, including IO creation, Google Campaign Manager setup, and trafficking. Assist in monitoring campaign performance, tracking spending, and implementing optimizations. Participate in problem-solving when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree. 1-2 years of media operations experience, with a growing focus on digital channels. Familiarity with media research, planning, and buying tools (e.g., MRI/Simmons, Nielsen, ComScore, Strata, Kantar, MediaTools, Google Campaign Manager, Tableau, IAS). Awareness of current media trends and innovations. Basic understanding of digital measurement and analytics. Interest in programmatic, SEM, and paid social buying strategies.
