$22-$30/hour, depending on experience About LingoDodo LingoDodo creates premium screen-free language learning toys for children. We sell direct-to-consumer through Shopify and are looking for a hands-on paid social person to help us profitably grow our ecommerce sales. This is an in-person role at our Folsom office. This is not a remote position. Position Overview We are looking for a part-time Paid Social Media Buyer who has real experience running ecommerce ads, especially on Meta/Facebook and Instagram. The right person should be comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager, understand ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, frequency, creative testing, retargeting, and daily optimization. We are not looking for a general social media manager or video editor. We already have a content team creating videos and ads. This role is focused on launching, monitoring, testing, and improving paid ad performance. Responsibilities Manage and optimize Meta/Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns Launch new ads using creative assets provided by our content team Monitor daily performance including spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and frequency Identify winning ads and recommend budget increases Identify losing ads and recommend when to turn them off Build simple daily and weekly performance reports Help create a structured testing plan for hooks, offers, audiences, and creatives Work with our content team to request new ad variations based on performance Support TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads over time if qualified Help improve tracking, attribution, and campaign organization Requirements Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for ecommerce Experience with Shopify or direct-to-consumer brands preferred Ability to explain campaign performance clearly and simply Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, MER, CTR, CPM, frequency, and conversion tracking Comfortable making daily optimization recommendations Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable Must be able to work in person at our Folsom office Nice to Have TikTok Ads experience Google Ads or Performance Max experience YouTube Ads experience Klaviyo/email marketing experience Experience with UGC-style creative testing Experience working with small ecommerce brands This Role Is Not For Someone Who Only has experience posting on social media Only has video editing experience Has never managed paid ad budgets Wants to learn Meta Ads from scratch Is uncomfortable being measured by performance Wants a fully remote position To Apply Please include a short note answering these questions: What ecommerce ad accounts have you personally managed?
