Sr. Paid Media Buyer Fisher Investments Investment Management Vancouver, WA - USA Specialist Show compensation Hybrid Apply now Save position Experteer Overview As a Sr. Paid Digital Media Buyer, you will drive global growth through campaigns across Google Display & Demand Gen and native platforms, including Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi and Outbrain. You'll manage large monthly budgets, using data, testing, and audience insights to improve results and expand reach for our global sales team. Collaborating with Strategy, Planning, and our in-house creative agency, you'll develop high-impact ads and testing frameworks to lift ROAS. This role offers meaningful scale and cross-functional impact in a mission-driven, data-driven environment.

100% paid medical, dental and vision premiums for dependents 50% 401(k) match up to IRS maximum 20 days of PTO plus 10 holidays family support including caregiver leave and fertility/family-forming assistance hybrid work-from-home option Responsibilities Design, manage and optimize digital media campaigns across specified platforms to meet client acquisition and ROI goals Develop audience strategies using first- and third-party data, including segmentation and retargeting Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify trends and inform data-backed optimization Collaborate with Strategy, Planning and creative teams to create messaging and testing frameworks Lead ongoing testing programs across audiences, creative, formats and placements Partner with platform teams (Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi, Outbrain) to adopt best practices and uncover opportunities Key requirements 3+ years hands-on paid digital media experience Deep experience with Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi and Outbrain Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) Experience using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar) data-driven collaborative results-oriented Google Ads Yahoo Gemini (Yahoo) Microsoft Advertising
