Sr. Paid Media Buyer Fisher Investments Investment Management 97030 Gresham, OR - USA Specialist Show compensation Hybrid Apply now Save position Experteer Overview In this role you will drive global growth by planning and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to generate high-quality leads for the global sales team. You will manage substantial monthly budgets, leverage data-driven testing, and collaborate with Strategy, Planning, and creative teams to improve performance. You'll work on scalable, cross‑platform campaigns to meet client acquisition and ROI goals, shaping how we reach target audiences. This role offers the chance to influence growth at a global scale.

100% paid medical, dental and vision premiums for dependents 50% 401(k) match, up to IRS maximum 20 days of PTO plus 10 paid holidays Family support programs including Paid Primary Caregiver Leave Fertility and family forming support Hybrid work-from-home option Responsibilities Design, manage and optimize digital media campaigns on major platforms to hit client acquisition and ROAS targets Develop audience strategies using first- and third-party data, including segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike modeling Analyze campaign data to identify trends and implement data-backed optimization Collaborate with Strategy & Planning and in-house creative agency on ads, testing frameworks, and messaging Lead ongoing testing programs across audiences, creative, formats, and placements Work with platform partners (Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi, Outbrain) to apply best practices and discover test opportunities Key requirements 3+ years of hands-on paid digital media experience Proven experience managing campaigns on Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi and Outbrain Strong ability to analyze data in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) Experience using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI or similar) for optimization Data-driven Collaborative Strategic thinking Platform expertise in Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi, Outbrain Audience strategy and testing frameworks Budget management for large monthly spends
