The Assignment:

ASAP through July/August 40+ hours per week

Hybrid The Job:

The Temporary Consultant, Paid Social is responsible for working with the Social team across their specialty platforms to execute campaign strategies supporting client goals. Strong knowledge of the paid social landscape and best practices (Meta, TikTok, Snap required; Reddit and Pinterest nice to have) Implementation and maintenance of campaigns in platform UIs Manage daily budget pacing and understand basic bid management and optimizations Report and analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement Thorough QA of all campaign executions and reporting

You Bring:

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in paid social execution including planning, executing, and optimizing Highly skilled in Meta ads UI, basic understanding in-platform on TikTok and Snap Mastery of intermediate Excel skills Knowledge of ad serving, tagging, and media billing tools a plus Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely Strong presentation skills Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.

Pay range:

$90/hr This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. #LI-MC1 This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
