This role focuses on driving measurable outcomes for artists, authors, celebrities, and creators across album launches, book releases, merchandise and limited edition drops. This is a fast-paced, launch-driven environment with multiple campaigns running concurrently. You'll be responsible for translating run-of-show launch plans into effective paid media executions. What you'll do Execute and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to drive Marketplace sales Build and manage full-funnel campaigns, including prospecting, retargeting, re-engagement, and launch-surge moments Turn launch calendars and creator priorities into paid media execution, including budgets, targeting, pacing, and creative setup Build, test, and refine audience strategies across interests, custom segments, lookalikes, and site activity Launch and iterate on creative testing (hooks, offers, formats, placements) in partnership with creative teams Monitor performance daily and optimize toward efficiency and scale, balancing cost, conversion, and return Deliver clear weekly and launch-level reporting focused on insights, learnings, and next steps Identify scalable vertical-specific playbooks and codify learnings into repeatable best practices What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads in a performance-driven environment (e-commerce and/or marketplace strongly preferred). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous launches and move quickly without sacrificing quality.
