If you can diagnose a funnel drop‑off, build audiences that convert, and scale profitably across Meta, Google, TikTok, and native platforms… you'll thrive here. If you can't — this role is not for you. What You'll Be Responsible For Building and managing full‑funnel ad systems (cold → warm → retargeting) Installing, verifying, and optimizing pixels, tags, CAPI, and conversion events Creating and testing hooks, angles, and ad copy that convert Running A/B and multivariate tests across audiences, creatives, and landing pages Diagnosing funnel performance using UTMs, GA4, attribution tools, and platform data Scaling winning campaigns while maintaining
ROAS/CPA
targets Producing weekly performance reports with clear insights, not fluff Required Skills (Non‑Negotiable) You must have real experience with: Meta Ads Manager (advanced level) Google Ads (Search + Performance Max) TikTok Ads Manager Native ads (Taboola/Outbrain) — bonus UTMs, GA4, attribution modeling CAPI, Google Tag Manager, pixel installation Building cold/warm/hot retargeting funnels Writing direct‑response copy (hooks, angles, CTAs) Diagnosing funnel drop‑offs (ViewContent → ATC → IC → Purchase) If you can't explain these concepts clearly, you won't be considered. Do NOT Apply If You only know how to "boost posts" You've never built a full funnel You don't understand UTMs or GA4 You can't explain attribution You can't write ad copy You rely on "broad targeting and hope" You've never scaled a campaign past $1k/day You can't explain why a funnel is losing money This role is for professionals , not beginners.
