Job Description:

The Product Manager at Iveda plays a key role in driving the development, enhancement, and successful delivery of AI-driven, cloud-based technology solutions. This role partners closely with project managers, engineering, marketing, and leadership to ensure products are aligned with market needs, customer expectations, and Iveda's long-term strategic goals. The Product Manager is responsible for translating business objectives into detailed product requirements, supporting the execution of the product roadmap, and ensuring smooth product launches. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, market awareness, and strong communication skills to support Iveda's continued innovation and product excellence

Role Overview:

As a Product Manager at Iveda, you will support the development, planning, and execution of the product roadmap. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market needs, define product requirements, and ensure successful implementation. You will manage the full product lifecycle

• from concept and requirements gathering through launch and iteration, creating use cases
• ensuring products meet quality standards, user needs, and business goals.

You will also assist with evaluating emerging technologies and gathering customer feedback to inform enhancements and new product opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Research Support development of the product roadmap aligned with company goals. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user insights. Identify customer pain points and translate findings into product opportunities. Assist with market-entry research and reporting for new global regions. Create practical, relevant use cases Product Development & Execution Manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities: requirements, documentation, testing, launch, and iteration. Work closely with project management, engineering, and marketing to execute product initiatives. Write product requirements, training manuals, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Track product KPIs and report performance to leadership. Support resource planning, timeline management, and project tracking. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with project management, engineering, and marketing to ensure successful product delivery. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams. Present product updates, user feedback, and milestone reports to stakeholders. Support client implementation, training, and ensure smooth adoption of new technology. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication Work cross-functionally with project management, engineering, and marketing teams to drive product success. Ensure transparent and effective communication between technical teams and business units. Coordinate with project management, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure seamless alignment for product development and go-to-market strategies. Measure the effectiveness of cross-functional collaboration and interdepartmental projects to improve product delivery. Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO on product development projects, market activities, and key performance metrics. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of reports to facilitate strategic decision-making at the executive level. Innovation & Technology Advancement Stay up to date on AI, SaaS, IoT, and smart technology trends. Participate in research and innovation initiatives that advance Iveda's product offerings. Provide recommendations on product improvements or new integrations. Customer & Market Feedback Gather and analyze customer feedback for product enhancements. Track customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and issue resolution. Collaborate with support and implementation teams to address product concerns.

Required Skills:

Core Competencies:

Product Management experience in IP Video Surveillance, Cloud, AI Video, security solutions or related technologies. Ability to convert business needs into technical requirements. Strong analytical, research, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of Agile methodologies and software and hardware development processes.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Experience:

3-7 years in product management (tech industry preferred) Experience working with SaaS, AI, cloud, or smart technology solutions Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, and cross-functional workflows

Technical Understanding:

Comfort with modern cloud platforms, APIs, and related technologies Ability to discuss technical features with engineering teams
