Job Description

Integrated Product Manager (IPM) Secret clearance
REQUIRED
The Test Systems organization leads the development, integration, and execution of test capabilities that support multiple programs across Customer. The team manages complex technical efforts, oversees cross functional coordination, and ensures test environments and processes meet program, customer, and delivery needs. Position Overview The Test Systems Integrated Product Manager (IPM) is responsible for leading sub IPMs and multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing technical execution, and overseeing multiple contracts and projects. The role partners closely with program leadership and functional teams to drive cost, schedule, and performance outcomes while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships. Key deliverables for this role Lead technical execution and oversee all phases of assigned projects Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and align deliverables with program objectives Coordinate program planning, EVM activities, and proposal development Prepare and deliver reviews, performance updates, and customer communications Optimize project performance through data analysis, problem solving, and process improvements
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years' prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree and 7 years of experience.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Program management.
  • Experience with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environments.
  • IPM or Program Management (PM) experience with program office, cross-functional teams, and internal/external customers.
  • Experience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk and Opportunity Management.
  • Experience with budget, schedule, Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, and financial performance report generation with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering programs. Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have)
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including sub IPMs and engineering staff
  • Program or project management credentials (such as EVMS or equivalent certification)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present performance results to leadership and customers
  • Background in large program execution and full lifecycle activities from R&D through production
  • Experience with proposal development, contract processes, and Automated Test Equipment (ATE/UUT), with familiarity in Agile methodologies Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Communicate regularly with program leadership, finance, planning, and sub IPMs
  • Oversee operational and administrative aspects of ongoing projects
  • Coordinate cross functional tasking to maintain alignment to schedule and scope
  • Approve system changes and participate in key review boards (e.g., FRBs, CCBs)

Pay:
$120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
