How you will make an impact: The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategic and operational management of a Single-use Systems business portfolio while maintaining direct ownership of designated strategic product lines within the portfolio. This role serves as a key leader within a high-growth, business-critical segment, responsible for driving portfolio performance, commercial execution, operational excellence, and long-term business strategy. The position will oversee initiatives spanning pricing strategy, forecasting, lifecycle management, operational enablement, business continuity, customer support, and cross-functional execution. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, financial and commercial leadership, and the ability to influence and execute across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Engineering, and PMO teams. Business Leadership Lead the strategic and operational management of the [product portfolio] business, driving performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Own and continuously improve business processes, governance frameworks, workflows, and continuity plans while implementing scalable tools and process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer, pricing, supply, and operational issues, partnering across Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to ensure business continuity and customer success. Product Portfolio Management For a portion of products, will own the strategic direction and lifecycle management of assigned product lines, driving portfolio optimization, profitability, and business performance to achieve growth and financial objectives. Act as example and leader to more junior Product Managers in the organization. Lead forecasting, pricing, portfolio planning, and performance measurement in partnership with Finance, generating actionable insights that improve forecasting accuracy and support data-driven decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the Product Management lead and primary liaison across R D, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment of portfolio priorities with business objectives, customer needs, and financial targets. Lead cross-functional initiatives across product development, commercialization, portfolio expansion, product enhancements, and lifecycle management, translating customer and market insights into product strategies, roadmaps, and investment recommendations. The skills and experience you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, commercial operations, or business operations within life sciences, biotech, pharmaceuticals, health tech, or related industries. Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional business initiatives and influencing across matrixed organizations. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with pricing strategy, forecasting, and portfolio or P&L management. Proven ability to drive operational improvements, scalable processes, and business growth initiatives. Executive level communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI development. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting made-to-order manufacturing in related industry, customized media or plastics, strategic reagents, or other complex configurable product businesses. Experience working across commercial, operations, supply chain, finance, and customer-facing project management organizations. Experience with process improvement, PPI, pricing analytics, or operational enablement initiatives. Familiarity with
ERP & CRM

US BASE PAY SCALE
$127,800 - $164,100 The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
