Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Digital Product Management leads Vuori's product strategy across the front and back ends of the customer journey — how customers discover and browse products, and how they move through cart, checkout, payments, fulfillment, and returns. You'll build and lead a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, owning the roadmap and prioritization for your portfolio while staying close enough to the detail to guide sharp product decisions. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Site Experience, and Brand & Creative to align priorities and unify the customer experience. You'll also help define how the team incorporates AI-assisted workflows and AI tooling into everyday product work, as these tools continue to mature. This role reports to the Senior Director of Digital Product and Experience and leads a growing team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers. What you'll get to do: Own product strategy and roadmap for your areas and team Translate strategy into sequenced, high-velocity execution across multiple quarters Champion a culture of impact-driven product thinking across the organization, tying decisions to measurable business outcomes Lead discovery, encouraging experimentation and prototyping to validate problems and opportunities before committing to the roadmap Ground your team's decisions in the full customer journey, connecting your area's work to others Build, lead, and develop a team of Product Managers/APMs, setting goals and supporting their growth Take hands-on ownership of select initiatives as an individual contributor — running discovery, defining requirements, and driving execution yourself Lead major cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, acting as the point person ensuring a seamless customer journey and aligning teams and leadership Use data, A/B testing, and analytics to ramp traffic on mid-to-large-scale projects, and guide your team to do the same Represent your team's roadmap and priorities to leadership, with clear updates on progress, outcomes, and lessons learned Manage vendor relationships and contracting processes for your portfolio Champion AI-assisted workflows and tooling, identifying opportunities to improve speed and quality of the team's work QualificationsWho you are: 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing Product Managers or APMs Ecommerce, omnichannel, or retail experience preferred, ideally spanning both pre-purchase and post-purchase Systems-level thinker with a focus on the customer's underlying problem Player-coach mindset: comfortable owning hands-on work while also managing a team Track record coaching, developing, and recruiting PM talent Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning senior stakeholders Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests Comfortable working with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA) to inform decisions Skilled at sizing potential impact and prioritizing sharply across a mix of initiatives, backed by data Experience with AI tooling — research, prototyping, or workflow automation Strong written and verbal communication skills, including with senior leadership Comfortable in a fast-paced, resource-lean, high-autonomy environment Experience working with commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is a plusAdditional InformationOur investment in you:
