full-time Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role of Product Manager located in Walnut, CA. The role will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AIC's OEM/ODM products, including researching product trends, defining product requirements, coordinating with internal team, business associates and customers, and launching new products. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and addressing customer feedback is also the key to the role. Qualifications Technical Communication and cross department communication skill is essential Bringing server/storage products/trends and customers' needs Excellent with MS Office and how to operate MS Project Fluent English to communicate in complex technical projects Project management skills and Bilingual in Chinese will be a plus BSEE, relevant BS degree or above Responsibilities Apply market research skills to get ideas & latest trend for products. OEM/ODM Product forecast preparation with consideration of the product/design/process change to fulfill customer needs. Provide innovative products research & architectural solution based on customer's product requirement in order to fulfill the deliverable Provide evidence & study to convey the product limitation or workaround for mitigation Understand & analyze & provide feedback on the product technical design and overall manufacturing process to continuously improve the user friendliness & product reliability & product quality. Support sales team and customer with answers to requests and questions. Support OEM/ODM sales on Product Management related Jobs, reports and documents. Provide technical support to sales team while also working directly with customers to solve material and design issues, sequences of operation, bills of materials, and database to help generate quality engineering submittals. Monitor high level & low level OEM/ODM inventory based on the product BOM Knowledge of 5S, ISO, evaluation unit, revenue report, shipping documents, etc. Assist in the training of co-workers as assigned. Able to travel in the US. Perform other related duties as assigned. Maintain strong relationship with vendor for co-marketing & joint solution.

$75,000-$100,000
