Position Summary The Product Development Coordinator supports the Product Development (PD) team across administrative, operational, and development initiatives. This role plays a critical part in managing product samples, coordinating testing and submissions, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across cross-functional partners. This position offers strong exposure to the full product lifecycle and is designed as a growth opportunity within Product Development.
Responsibilities:
Sample & Product Management Coordinate and maintain organization of all product samples, including submissions, benchmarks, standards, and competitive references Track and manage incoming/outgoing shipments (FedEx and other carriers) Maintain accurate sample tracking and documentation in Monday.com Product Development Support Assist with evaluation of shade submissions and production batches, ensuring alignment with standards Partner with PD, Quality, and contract manufacturers to communicate feedback, approvals, and revisions Support re-order batch reviews to ensure consistency with approved standards Testing & Submissions Coordinate internal and external product testing, including panel testing and lab submissions Route samples, track testing status, and compile feedback for PD team review Create and manage Sample Request Forms (SRFs) post-formula approval Project Coordination & Documentation Maintain accurate and organized digital files for all active projects Input product data, codes, and updates across systems (operations, artwork, web assets) Attend cross-functional and vendor meetings; capture notes, action items, and follow-ups Support weekly PD meetings with detailed tracking of deliverables and timelines Research & Market Insights Assist with competitive analysis, ingredient research, and trend tracking (including social media).
