DESCRIPTION
Ring SMB team is looking for a Senior Product Manager
  • Technical to lead the product strategy and execution for our growing Small & Medium Business (SMB).
You'll own the end-to-end product experience for how businesses manage their Ring security cameras — including multi-site management, web dashboard for SMBs and AI-native products that solve businesses' needs. This role sits at the intersection of security hardware, software platforms, and emerging AI capabilities. You'll define how business owners and their teams interact with Ring's security products across mobile and web, driving features from concept through scaled rollout. If you're passionate about solving complex product problems for underserved customer segments and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, we'd love to talk to you. Key job responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for SMBs — defining the north star vision and experiences for business customers on the Ring app; developing a strong understanding of business customer needs and building 0 to 1 products that address those needs. Define the vision and phased rollout plan for Ring's business web experience, enabling multi-location management at scale Drive product requirements for AI-powered features tailored to business customers that solve core operating pain points for business owners, leveraging Ring Appstore Own the product direction for an AI-powered device recommendation and advisory experience, guiding it from prototype to customer launch Partner with engineering, UX design, and platform teams to write PRDs, define success metrics, and ship features on a regular mobile app release cadence Engage with system architecture discussions, understand platform dependencies and trade-offs, and make informed technical decisions that balance speed, quality, and scalability Coordinate cross-team workstreams spanning mobile, web, cloud, and third-party integrations A day in the life 1. Gain deep understand SMB customer needs through data analysis, customer research, and competitive intelligence; translate insights into compelling product requirements and prioritization decisions 2. Creating product vision and strategy to deliver to the customer needs 3. Partnering with Hardware, Design, Engineering, Marketing and other PMs to build a cohesive product roadmap and strategy 4. Build a business case and prove the product market fit through live prototypes, customer feedback 5. Champion the product to internal stakeholders and leadership
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of technical product or program management experience Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
