Our Purpose To Curate Small Joys The Role We are seeking a Project Lead to serve as the central hub for both our Jujube and Bella Tunno brands—owning the coordination of details across brands and ensuring programs stay on track. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management, exceptional attention to detail, and clear cross-functional communication to keep teams aligned and deliverables moving from concept through production. You will partner closely with Design, Product Development, Production, Sales, and external vendors, coordinating key stakeholder meetings and keeping cross-functional teams aligned from concept through production. You will ensure accurate product information, compliant packaging, and on-time delivery of customer-facing materials and product launches. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the dedicated product lead and central point of coordination for both Jujube and Bella Tunno.
Own day-to-day operational details and execution, including schedules, product development, product packaging, and supporting materials such as catalogs, inserts, brochures, sell sheets, and line sheets. Ensure accuracy and consistency across all customer-facing materials by overseeing proofreading and quality control for marketing, digital, and sales assets, including presentations, social media content, and website copy.
  • Coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings with key stakeholders; prepare agendas, capture decisions, and distribute notes, action items, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and timely execution.
  • Drive projects from concept through production in close collaboration with Design, Product Development, Production, and Sales. Ensure alignment across teams and delivery of high-quality products on schedule.
  • Ensure all product copy, packaging, and collateral meet standards for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and brand voice. Contribute to proofreading and fact-checking as needed.
  • Oversee compliance documentation, including Children's Product Certificates. Ensure all products include accurate legal claims, disclaimers, and safety warnings. Review and approve factory PDFs, digital proofs, pre-production samples, and final advances to ensure all products meet specifications and quality expectations.
  • Assign and manage item numbers, product names, GTIN/UPC codes, and ISBNs. Maintain accurate product data, schedules, and tracking systems.
  • Monitor consumer trends, competitive landscape, and pop culture.
Contribute ideas and insights to product development and brainstorming sessions. General Responsibilities Manage custom programs for key retail partners Maintain and enforce product standards, workflows, and SOPs Track timelines and ensure on-time delivery across projects Perform additional duties as needed What You Bring 3+ years of experience in project coordination, product operations, or product development within consumer goods (apparel, accessories, baby, or lifestyle categories preferred) Proven ability to serve as the day-to-day hub across multiple brands or product lines—tracking details, aligning stakeholders, and driving follow-through Exceptional organizational skills with comfort managing many parallel workstreams, timelines, and dependencies in a fast-paced environment Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create clear meeting agendas, distribute notes/recaps, and track action items to completion High attention to detail and strong proofreading/quality-control skills across packaging, product copy, catalogs, sell sheets, presentations, and digital assets Working knowledge of packaging and print/digital production workflows, including reviewing proofs (factory PDFs, digital proofs, and pre-production samples)
  • Experience managing product data and setup (item numbers/SKUs, product names, GTIN/UPC codes, ISBNs) and maintaining accurate trackers Familiarity with basic compliance documentation and claim substantiation (e.
