Our client is currently seeking a Marketing Senior Product Manager Deposits and Pay The Senior Product Manager for Deposit & Payment leads the strategy, development, enhancement, and optimization of deposit products. This role delivers competitive, member‑focused solutions that drive deposit growth, strengthen customer relationships, improve the user experience, and support financial, operational, and risk objectives. The position oversees product performance through pricing, program design, process improvement, channel integration, and product promotions. This leader drives cross‑functional product initiatives including market and competitive analysis, business case development, requirements gathering, risk assessment, implementation support, and campaign coordination. The role partners closely with operations, technology, finance, marketing, compliance, legal, and risk teams to deliver compliant, scalable deposit solutions aligned with organizational strategy and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine product strategies and roadmaps based on customer insights, market trends, and financial objectives. Lead end‑to‑end product development for deposit products, from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. Translate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends into actionable product requirements, enhancements, pricing changes, and decisioning strategies. Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, finance, risk, marketing, operations, and vendors to define requirements and deliver product initiatives. Monitor product performance, KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities. Ensure products comply with financial regulations; support pricing, disclosures, requirements documentation, risk assessments, and system integrations. Maintain understanding of regulatory requirements, risks, and control activities to ensure operational integrity and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a senior role focused on deposit and payment products. Strong knowledge of deposit and payment product principles, regulations, and industry best practices. Experience with pricing models, product profitability, and financial analysis. Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency with data analysis tools, Agile methodologies, product development frameworks, and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage complex initiatives, influence cross‑functional teams, and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
