The ideal candidate for our Product Development Associate would have a minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience with sourcing, product development or product coordinating. Specific experience in product research, strategies and development requirements, and able to coordinate manufacturing process Responsibilities Participate in product development and coordinate manufacturing process Assist Project Managers with general administrative tracking and various reports Negotiate pricing and payment terms with suppliers Sample testing and evaluation Work cross-functionally for new item development and quality issues Daily item updates to ERP system and to project management software Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Must be able to multi task, prioritize and the ability to adapt quickly Strategic thinker with proven track of execution A Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Business Management or related field 1-2-year experience with sourcing, product development or project coordinator Automotive aftermarket experiences a plus! Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus!
