Senior Product Lead SaaS & Cloud Technologies

Job Description I2DS is seeking an experienced Senior Product Lead with a strong background in SaaS and Cloud Technologies to join our Newark, CA team. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver world-class cloud-based solutions to our manufacturing and life sciences clients.

Responsibilities:

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for I2DS SaaS and cloud-based product offerings Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact product releases Gather and prioritize product requirements from clients, stakeholders, and market research Translate business needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, iteration, and sunset Monitor product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to guide product decisions Work closely with cloud architects and development teams to ensure technical feasibility of product features Serve as the primary product evangelist — presenting roadmaps, new features, and updates to clients and executives Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep products ahead of the curve Manage and mentor junior product managers and business analysts Ensure product compliance with industry standards including security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos in an Agile environment

Requirements:

8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in a senior or lead product role Strong expertise in SaaS product development and cloud platform technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise SaaS products Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API-driven products Experience working with manufacturing, industrial automation, or life sciences software is highly preferred Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!, etc.) Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level stakeholders Strong client-facing experience with the ability to gather requirements and build lasting relationships Experience with MES, ERP, or SCADA systems is a definite plus Familiarity with GAMP guidelines and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance is an advantage Ability to manage multiple product lines and priorities simultaneously Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
