Job Description
- About the Role
- We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Ads Platform Product team as the dedicated vertical lead for Dynamic Ads.
- What You'll Do
- + Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for Snap's Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) business, one of the company's most critical growth areas.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- + Experience with ads product development, with a focus on performance or direct response advertising.
- Minimum Qualifications
- + BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience + 8+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company + Experience working with shopping systems/catalog, feed optimization, and ranking systems + Strong understanding of digital or social advertising
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Technical understanding of ad delivery systems and product recommender systems + Experience building or scaling Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) or similar feed-based ad formats at a major social or search platform + Experience expanding ad products into verticals such as shopping, travel, streaming, gaming, or financial services + Experience working with ML-based ranking, retrieval, or personalization systems in an ads context If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don't be shy and provide us some information (https://docs.

Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Zone B (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) : The base salary range for this position is $218,000-$326,000 annually. Zone C (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) : The base salary range for this position is $195,000-$292,000 annually.
