Job Description
Manager, Salesforce Platform We are looking for a Manager, Salesforce Platform, to own and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and integrations powered by MuleSoft. In this role you'll blend light, targeted administration with product management. You'll serve as the platform owner and accountable decision maker for our CRM, marketing automation, and integration ecosystem, acting as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, and our managed service partners. This is a hand-on role for someone who is equally passionate about governance and collaboration and can create an environment that ensures disciplined release management and adoption. While our managed service partners will execute most of the day-to-day administration and development, you will ensure the platform remains reliable, user-friendly, and tightly aligned to Torani's business goals. We're a Certified B Corporation committed to shared success, and that means everyone here plays a meaningful role. Technology is a key ingredient in how we serve customers and grow our brand. You'll be empowered to grow, try new things, and help others thrive. Success Factors (First 12-18 Months)
Unified Platform Strategy & Configuration:
You have documented, streamlined, and clearly mapped our end-to-end Account Engagement configuration and lifecycle mechanics for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and key MuleSoft-powered integrations. Our core configurations (objects, flows, automations, journeys, page layouts) are stable, intuitive, and reflect how Torani really works, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to platform standards.Product Roadmap & Prioritization:
In collaboration with key stakeholders, you have created and rolled out clear, transparent Salesforce & Marketing Cloud roadmap, that is sequenced by business value and effort. Stakeholders understand what's coming next and why, and you're running a predictable intake/prioritization process.Adoption, Training & Change Management:
You have developed strong partnerships with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams through leading cross functional discovery and establishing a consistent communication cadence. In collaboration with your stakeholders, you've built reports and dashboards that support decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. Your partners feel supported and confident using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. Your training programs, office hours, and clear communications drove strong adoption and positive feedback on new features as well as ongoing enhancements.Integration Reliability & Data Flow:
The key data flows you manage (e.g., between Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other systems via MuleSoft) are stable, monitored, and well-understood and when there are issues, they are addressed quickly, and teams trust the data they see in Salesforce and related tools. By serving as the final validator of integration behavior and data flows, you've ensured that our integration quality standards have been maintained. You Make Space forFun:
You help create a team environment where people enjoy working together, feel appreciated, and find joy in the day-to-day. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Business Systems Lead, Salesforce Product Owner, or CRM Platform Manager, or similar; exposure to product management or business analysis is a strong plus. Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) strongly preferred. Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist/Consultant, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist" or "Account Engagement Consultant) are a plus. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; practical experience with Marketing Cloud (or similar marketing automation platforms) strongly preferred. Experience working with integration platforms (ideally MuleSoft) or similar tools and collaborating with technical teams on data flows and APIs.Salary Range:
