Grid Dynamics is looking for an experienced, highly technical Head of Product Management to build a fully AI-native Product Management organization from the ground up. This hands-on leadership role will define how the company builds, manages, and scales products in the era of autonomous software development and agentic AI. This is a rare opportunity to define what Product Management looks like in an AI-native enterprise — operating at the center of the company's AI transformation and shaping its next generation of AI products, platforms, and delivery models. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership with hands-on experience in modern AI platforms, automation workflows, and agentic systems. The role oversees a portfolio of 10+ AI-related products spanning internal platforms, client-facing offerings, and open source initiatives, working closely with executive leadership, engineering, AI research, delivery, and go-to-market teams.
