JOB OVERVIEW
Craftwork Design Co. www.craftworkdesignco.com is a fast-growing creative design agency that provides leading Creative Design, Product Development, Content Development and Ecommerce services for a growing portfolio of media, entertainment and consumer brands including Playboy, 7ELEVEN, Death & Co, Chuck E. Cheese, Arrowhead Water, King's Hawaiian, and Espolon Tequila. Based in Huntington Beach, CA, we deliver brand promotion, consumer engagement, audience growth and increased ecommerce sales revenue for our partners through enterprise level brand monetization services. We are seeking someone with a minimum of four years of product development experience whose primary responsibilities will include assuming full ownership of our product development efforts, including sourcing, product mock-up and deck development, promotional goods development, custom cut and sew collection development, partner and vendor management, timeline management, reorder/restocking management, quality control oversight and overall program performance. Specifically, the Product Manager will work with CFWK partners and internal product, ecommerce, and creative teams to develop and present product concepts designed for individual brands. In this role you will assist the product team in the development of compelling product concepts and deck presentations. The elevated product collections will be presented to clients, and once approved, developed specifically for each brand's audience or consumer while helping drive increased consumer engagement and ecommerce revenue for the brand. Once concepts are approved the Product Manager will obtain price quotes, prepare the official buy, assist in the development of tech packs, and manage the production effort through completion. The Product Manager must have experience in developing apparel or hard goods and accessories, promotional goods experience a plus. The ideal candidate has experience managing the production process, including blank and product sourcing, ASI/ESP marketplace, working with print shops, embroiderers and other finishing services providers. This effort includes drafting POs, optimizing service provider relationships and price negotiation, quality control review, product pick up, receiving, counting and inventory management.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Work closely with the CFWK Product Development Team to support their product development efforts, learn the processes and develop experience and program knowledge
  • Work closely with brand managers and creative teams to create innovative/on trend product collections for our valued clients and present to clients on a routine basis
  • Work directly with clients one on one to ensure smooth creative to development execution
  • Hard goods, soft goods and promotional product execution experience
  • Familiarity with screen printing, Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing and embroidery treatments
  • Client product management and timeline execution experience
  • Experience managing product buys and preparing Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Familiarity with Clothing and Accessories construction
  • Customer Service and timeline execution experience
  • Familiarity using WIP process for project management
