Located in the heart of the Heavenly Village, On Tahoe Time features a incredibly diverse range of locally inspired keepsakes, unique gifts, and 3D wood maps. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Product Supervisor to help keep our inventory running smoothly so we can continue providing an unforgettable shopping experience for our guests and return customers.

Inventory Input:

Process incoming shipments and precisely input product tags into our POS system

Product Prep:

Prep, tag, and hang merchandise so it is perfectly ready to go out on the sales floor.

Inventory Management:

Oversee our product levels, track top sellers, and coordinate with GM/owner for the reordering of essential items to keep our shelves stocked.

Order Tracking & Scheduling:

Maintains an up-to-date calendar of all incoming orders, noting expected delivery dates and maintain reminders for re-ordering of product Sales Floor & Customer support: Provide ringing support at the register, assisting with ringing up customers when necessary. Qualifications Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to stand, lift, and prepare products for display. Strong computer skills for inventory logging and tracking. Work extensively with google sheets/excel. You bring a team-oriented attitude to our tight knit staff members in a fast-paced resort environment!

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
