Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Product Development & Production to support and drive end-to-end product development and production processes across Hamee US brands. This role will work closely with internal teams (product, design, marketing, and sales) as well as overseas and domestic vendors to ensure products are developed, produced, and delivered on time and at the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate product development timelines with Product Managers and Designers to align with marketing and sales schedules Manage day-to-day communication with overseas and domestic vendors to track production progress and resolve issues Review product samples with internal teams and provide clear, actionable feedback to vendors Support production scheduling, cost tracking, and delivery timelines Collaborate with the Accounting team to process purchase orders (POs) and ensure smooth transactions Maintain and update production-related data, documents, and spreadsheets Ensure product quality standards are met throughout the development and production process Identify risks and proactively solve issues related to timelines, quality, or cost Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches Requirements:
2-4+ years of experience in product development, production, or a related role (consumer goods, toys, tech accessories, or lifestyle products preferred) Basic knowledge of product development and production processes Experience communicating with overseas vendors (Asia experience is a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications:
