Job Description

  • Product Manager
  • We are seeking an experienced
  • Product Manager
  • to lead product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for a portfolio of technical products. This role will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive innovation, market growth, and business performance.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Lead the development and launch of new products aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
+ Develop and maintain product roadmaps, forecasts, and strategic plans based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis. + Partner with engineering teams to translate product strategies into actionable development projects. + Build and present business cases for new product investments and initiatives. + Identify growth opportunities within existing markets and emerging industries. + Support sales and marketing efforts through product training, value proposition development, and go-to-market strategies. + Manage cross-functional projects to ensure successful product launches and achievement of key milestones. + Develop pricing strategies and maintain pricing tools for new and existing products. + Monitor product performance throughout the product lifecycle and recommend improvements as needed. + Drive initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality enhancement, lead-time improvements, and operational efficiency.
  • Qualifications
  • + Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or sales within a manufacturing or technical industry. + Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing product development initiatives. + Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills. + Experience working with technical products, engineering documentation, and manufacturing processes. + Knowledge of government or military specifications is a plus.
Base salary:
$140k-$200k with full benefits including health, life, dental and vision. 401K and discretionary bonus
  • Pay Details:
  • $180,000.
