Summary:
In this role, you will manage complex product suites and deliver products to advance Envi's position in the Ambulatory care market and alignment with Vizient Provista GPO. You will consider factors including product maturity, stakeholder needs, user base, usage, delivery, revenue, and data sources. You will engage with existing customers and design partners, create alignment with internal stakeholders, drive cross-team initiatives, and maintain a pulse on market conditions that influence product strategy.
Responsibilities:
Participate as a liaison between end-users, product management, and business units to gather and document high-level epic and feature requirements with guidance from senior team members. Develop and Launch products that deliver value to our customers and organization. Assist in developing and maintaining the quarterly product roadmap and presenting read-out for cross-functional colleagues and leadership. Ensure the product backlog remains prioritized, continuously reassessing for changes in priority. Communicate product goals and vision to the development team, adapting as updates occur. Collaborate with business analyst, engineering owner, and User Experience (UX) designer to align designs with customer requirements. Advocate for users, internal and external customers through continuous voice of customer research, user interviews, user exploration, observation, UX testing and validation. Support cross-functional teams in developing user guides and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders. Supports the project team during design, development, and Quality Assurance (QA) testing by clarifying high-level requirement questions.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred. 5 or more years relevant experience is required. Strong experience with Agile software development including QA, UAT, and UX required. Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving experience and skills required. Experience communicating and discussing technical data with multiple stakeholders and teams required. Familiarity with data visualization and documentation tools required. Healthcare experience in a provider or consulting environment highly preferred. Willingness to travel. #LI-JB1
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00. This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
