- Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:
- + Define and communicate AI product vision, roadmap, and business requirements through close stakeholder collaboration with the AI Office + Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value, goals, capacity, and ROI, emphasizing paired data scientist/engineer work + Manage the AI initiative pipeline, balancing near-term delivery with long-term strategy and early production integration + Write, decompose, and accept Epics as the primary unit of value; partner with the team to create high-quality User Stories + Drive delivery outcomes by monitoring product performance, using data insights to improve deployment speed, maintainability, and quality + Manage stakeholder expectations and budgets by balancing priorities with feasibility, advocating collaborative development to maximize value •Skills, Experience and Requirements•
Education and Experience:
- + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field + 4+ years in product management, ideally on data-driven/AI/ML solutions
Skills and Qualifications:
- + Strong understanding of agile/scrum, including paired programming principles + Experience building machine learning and deep learning based software applications + Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and business teams + Experience managing product backlogs and delivering value via prioritized, paired development + Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze performance metrics, including code quality/deployment efficiency + Experience with cloud stack (AWS, GCP or Azure) + Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI and Agentic AI awareness + Certification in agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred Visa sponsorship not available for this role •Salary Ranges•
Compensation:
$96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year- Benefits
