Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to help deploy Claude and SpecGPT across the company to different units and help different groups and orgs get the fullest potential out of the products they have; They also will be working to find use cases for the development of custom tools. This position is a 6-12-month contract to start, hybrid in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This position is W-2 only. We are not open to working with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core Responsibilities Evaluate and prioritize incoming AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility, readiness, risk, and potential for reuse Investigate the underlying user workflow, business problem, constraints, and desired outcomes before accepting a proposed solution Determine whether opportunities should advance, wait, redirect, or stop, and clearly communicate the reasoning behind those decisions Recommend the simplest, highest-value solution and define the scope, value hypothesis, success criteria, and expected outcomes Identify opportunities to improve existing solutions based on user feedback, adoption data, and business results Develop deployment strategies that define target users, workflow and behavior changes, adoption goals, milestones, risks, and success conditions Assess client readiness, including executive sponsorship, accountable owners, available capacity, and workflow fit Design and direct enablement, governance, training, and support approaches that allow client teams to execute successfully Work hands-on when necessary to unblock deployments, while building the clients ability to own and operate the solution independently Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and client organizations to align priorities and expected outcomes Communicate complex situations clearly and concisely: what happened, why it matters, what you recommend, and what action is needed Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following is preferred, but there is no fixed years-of-experience requirement: Product Management Product Strategy Enterprise Technology Deployment Digital/AI Product Enterprise Transformation Business Process Innovation Workflow Transformation Experience deploying technology or AI solutions within an enterprise environment is highly valuable Genuine interest in enterprise AI and generative AI deployment Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders Experience with Jira and Excel Comfortable learning new technologies and tools independently Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, or other AI/automation platforms is a plus

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $47.00 and $67.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
