We're seeking a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and is passionate about applying Generative AI and automation technologies to improve employee experiences at scale.

This role sits within a high-visibility enterprise AI organization responsible for deploying AI-powered workflow solutions across a Fortune 100 company. You'll work directly with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape solutions, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.What You'll DoLead discovery efforts to identify workflow and productivity improvement opportunitiesEvaluate AI and automation use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk, and impactPartner with stakeholders to understand business processes and uncover root causes behind requestsDevelop deployment strategies, adoption plans, and success metricsDrive enablement and readiness activities to support successful implementationMonitor adoption and business outcomes after deploymentCollaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business leadersBuild low-code/no-code solutions and automations when appropriateHelp scale enterprise AI capabilities across a large organizationWhat We're Looking ForProduct Management, Product Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology experienceExperience with Generative AI, ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, or workflow platformsStrong problem-solving and investigative mindsetExperience leading business process improvement or technology deployment initiativesComfortable working in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete informationAbility to influence stakeholders without direct authorityStrong communication skills and executive presenceExperience with Jira, Confluence, or similar toolsBachelor's DegreeNice to HaveEnterprise software deployment experienceTelecom, healthcare, financial services, or other large enterprise experienceNo-code/low-code automation experienceWhy This Opportunity?
