Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client in Englewood, CO that is seeking a Senior Product Manager with Conversational AI & Customer Experience to lead the development and optimization of customer-facing AI experiences across voice and digital channels. The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with experience shaping conversational customer journeys and AI-enabled experiences. The Senior AI Product Manager will work closely with business, technology, operations, UX, data, and AI teams to translate customer needs into product strategies, requirements, and measurable outcomes. This is a fully onsite position requiring five days per week in the Englewood, Colorado. Sponsorship is not available for this position.Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for customer-facing conversational AI capabilities, including virtual assistants, chatbots, voice bots, AI-enabled customer journeys, agent-assist solutions, workflow automation, and decision-support capabilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, success metrics, and prioritized backlogs aligned with customer experience and business objectives
- Lead product launches and post-launch optimization using adoption, performance, customer interaction, and business outcome metrics
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging AI capabilities to improve customer experiences and business processes
- Translate customer journey insights into conversational flow requirements for voice, chat, and AI-driven customer experiences
- Partner with UX, operations, engineering, data science, and AI teams to design and optimize customer-facing conversational experiences
- Support prompt refinement, AI response tuning, escalation strategies, conversational flow optimization, and ongoing experience improvements
- Analyze customer interaction data and performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve AI effectiveness and customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise, platform, or customer-facing products
- 1-2+ years of experience working with AI-enabled products, Generative AI, conversational AI, or related technologies
- Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, launches, prioritization, and measurable business outcomes
- Experience managing or delivering customer-facing conversational AI, chatbots, virtual assistants, voice bots, or AI-enabled customer experiences
- Experience defining customer experience requirements and partnering with technical teams to bring AI-enabled solutions to market
- Proven ability to communicate product vision, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational alignment
- Ability to translate customer journeys and operational workflows into clear product requirements and measurable success metrics
- Exposure to prompt engineering, AI implementation, AI response tuning, or conversational flow optimization
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
