What you´ll do Lead, coach and develop the Hair Care and Color formulation team, building a high-performing, collaborative culture with clear expectations, meaningful development plans and strong succession and capability pipelines Own resource planning, prioritization and day-to-day direction across the portfolio to ensure projects are delivered on time, in full and against defined performance, quality, safety and cost objectives Develop and maintain strategic technology and innovation roadmaps for the Hair Care and Color portfolios, aligned with consumer needs, brand strategies and short- and long-term business objectives Elevate the team's technical expertise through targeted training, hands-on coaching, external partnerships and active knowledge sharing across formulation, testing, claims, scale-up and product performance Build a strong, consumer-driven innovation pipeline by identifying emerging trends, technologies, ingredients, claims and testing methodologies that create differentiated products and meaningful consumer benefits Serve as a trusted R D partner to Marketing, Project Management, Packaging, Consumer Insights, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and external development partners, providing clear technical direction and enabling timely, informed decisions Provide technical leadership throughout the full product-development lifecycle—from formulation and performance validation through stability, compliance, pilot production, manufacturing transfer and successful commercialization Maintain clear visibility of portfolio progress, resources, risks and technical challenges; proactively communicate with leadership, resolve barriers and drive continuous improvement in R D processes, quality and ways of working What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline required Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, including 3-5 years of direct people-management experience Strong technical expertise in formulation and product development, preferably within Hair Care, Styling and/or Hair Color Sound understanding of the complete product-development lifecycle, from concept and formulation through testing, scale-up, manufacturing transfer and commercialization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and develop practical, data-driven solutions Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to varied audiences Demonstrated ability to manage and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including senior leadership, peers and direct reports Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build alignment, drive decisions and deliver results through others Some benefits of joining

This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
