Job Description Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program & Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from concept through delivery. This role combines the strategic oversight of a Program Manager with the execution-focused responsibilities of a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional programs, manage multiple concurrent projects, align stakeholders around business objectives, and ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination between business leaders, product teams, engineering, operations, and external partners.
Responsibilities :
Program Management Develop and manage strategic programs aligned with organizational goals. Coordinate multiple interrelated projects and ensure alignment across teams. Project Management Develop project charters, schedules, resource plans, and communication plans. Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items. Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications. Escalate issues appropriately and drive resolution through collaboration. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary on-site liaison between business and customer, technical, and operational teams. Build strong relationships with executives, department leaders, vendors, and project teams. Translate business objectives into actionable plans and deliverables.
Qualifications :
Required - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of project management experience. 3+ years of program management experience or experience managing multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar. Preferred PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification. Experience managing technology, software development, digital transformation, or enterprise system implementations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
This role is ideal for someone who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels, thinking like a Program Manager while executing like a Project Manager. You are comfortable discussing business objectives with executives and reviewing project schedules, risks, and action items with delivery teams.
