Job Description
Description We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to guide the strategy, planning, and delivery of technology products that support organizational goals and user needs. This role will serve as a key link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and operational leaders to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with long-term priorities. Key Responsibilities + Define product vision, priorities, and success measures for technology solutions and platforms. + Translate business needs into clear product plans, user stories, and functional expectations. + Work closely with engineering, operations, support, and business teams to drive product initiatives from concept to launch and ongoing improvement. + Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic direction. + Coordinate product releases, enhancements, and issue resolution to support a smooth user experience and reliable performance. + Monitor product effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance data, then recommend updates or new capabilities. + Facilitate communication across teams to keep deliverables on track, manage dependencies, and address risks early. + Support governance, documentation, and reporting practices related to product progress, milestones, and outcomes. + Ensure delivered solutions meet quality expectations, operational standards, and business objectives. + Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and changing customer expectations to help shape future offerings. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in product management, technology delivery, or a similar role. + Proven ability to manage digital products, business applications, or enterprise technology solutions. + Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product planning, and cross-functional collaboration. + Experience gathering stakeholder input and turning it into actionable product direction. + Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment.
