Product Manager
DIRECT HIRE ONSITE
in Juno Beach, FL 33408 108- 163k range Full Relocation is offered if someone is not local Roles come with full benefits onto of the base salary Annual Bonus 5-12% or more paid out in March (most ppl hit the higher %) 15 PTO days 10 Sick days 401k with company match (eligible after 1 month) Pension (eligible after 1 year, 4.5% first 5 years, 6% after year six) Ideal if they are technical but not a deal breaker Looking for someone that cand build on their own (build prototypes in cluade.ai) - the industry is moving in this direction. PMs are building in Cluade.ai, getting a prototype to 70-80% vs doing requirement gather and putting use cases together which take a week or so. Now the PMs can build a prototype in a day that''s 70-80% complete with Claude.ai and then do some requirement gathering to get the rest of the details to what the customer needs - Looking for someone that can do this, add immediate value and Claud code their way through a problem
